Awesome results.

I normally soak my white sneakers then wash them in the washing machine. This did a better job than that on a quick wash! Love it!

It works but…

The product works but there is no instructions on product or website. Also the Facebook ad is obviously over exaggerated specially a white fabrics. Also, they have an issue with delivery that they sent me a wrong address and took me eight weeks to have one. Overall I give unsatisfied.

Poor communication, good product.

The communication from the company was poor. In the service to the customer, but also in the detailing of how to use the product.

There is no clear information on how to use the product in anyway. On the site or with the product. It does work well! However, there should be mention, to wash the bag several times before first actual use. To prevent a yellow run-off from the bag, as well as lint and fabric from the bag going all over your shoes.

Shipping on the product was stated all over the site to be dispatched the next day and arrival within 3-5 days. Not the case and they had a valid reason, but decided not to the sensible thing of informing their customers of the delay and why...

Does the job well. The cleaning bag does leave yellow fluff on shoes for the first couple of times used. The shoe shapers are too big for my sneakers
